• Regional Focus: Currently, we offer shipping exclusively to serviceable locations within the state of Maharashtra, India.
• We do not offer international shipping or shipping to other Indian states at this time. We will update our policy as we expand our logistics network.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch for major cities like Mumbai, Pune, and Kolhapur. Other regions in Maharashtra may take up to 7 business days.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹1000 within Maharashtra.
• Orders below ₹1000 incur a standard shipping fee of ₹150.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be provided via email upon dispatch of your order.

5. Risk of Loss

All products are shipped FOB (Free On Board) shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.
